I worked as executive producer for this newscast. I managed 17 reporters, two associate producers, a video editor and an assignment manager. I set deadlines for reporters, reviewed video and delegated stories as ideas fell through to fill the show. I reviewed all scripts and helped to make sure active voice was used in all scripts.

I worked as producer for this newscast. I worked with reporters to finalize their scripts and write readers. I stacked the rundown so the show would flow. I also managed all controls, played the correct video while giving the anchors cues.
